• The medium is detected by the device during transport via the light barrier, the distance travelled is thus recorded and stored.
• To keep track of the amount donated, the device has 2 counting functions. One counts the total number of pieces, the other counts down the set number of pieces.

Metallic ionizers have high-voltage conductive peaks that generate ion charged by corona discharge and field emission in the immediate vicinity.

The unregulated design constantly generates ions.

Ionizers are used both for the construction of defined charges and for the dissipation of undesirable charges (prevention of electrostatic charges and ESD).

In order to ensure that the ionizers can be placed at a greater distance from the material to be discharged (up to approx. 2 m), they are also offered with blow air nozzles or attached to existing nozzles. As a result, the ions are blown together with the air to the site of action (e.g. in printing presses).
