Adhesives from EM Klebetechnik

Structural sticking with modern high-performance adhesives today replaces mechanical connections in many cases. Sticking is cost-effective, fast and in many cases even more durable than traditional connection methods (e.g. screws, rivets or welding).

Adhesives enable a reliable combination of very different materials. In doing so, they do not produce selective mechanical loads, but distribute voltages over a larger area. In addition, bonding can seal, dampen vibrations, avoid corrosion and enable a design that does not require visible fasteners.

We carry a variety of different adhesives, which can be roughly divided into

• PUR adhesives (1 and 2 components) for elastic bonding
• Second glue for a very fast clock time when bonding
• Epoxy adhesives for very durable, end-of-life adhesives
• Diffusion adhesives for bonding PVC and PMMA
• Silicone adhesives for maximum temperature resilience and chemical resistance
• Contact adhesives with greater flexibility in pot time
• Special adhesives that have often been optimized for a narrow field of application
• Additives such as cleaners and primers (surface pre-treatment)
