We provide you with expert advice based on years of experience in a wide range of projects. Where necessary, sample parts can be produced within 24 hours using rapid prototyping (e.g. cutting plotters). If necessary, you will receive material suggestions or constructive hints.

We're not just looking at the product itself. This is because die-cut parts and self-adhesive materials offer assembly and manufacturing advantages. This (price) advantage applies not only to the component itself, but also to the entire manufacturing process (e.g. always suitable dosage, possibility of automation, assembly time reduction, consistent quality). Custom solutions from EM Klebetechnik GmbH are more than just a label or a die-cut part.

Our own model and toolmaking, flexible manufacturing and many strategic collaborations with suppliers enable us to successfully handle even more complicated tasks. In addition, we maintain a well-sorted material warehouse.

If you already know, which material you want to use, there is also the possibility of contract production. In this case, we provide our extensive machinery and production know-how-ask us.

The production programme includes, for example,

• Precision die-cut parts also made of thick and hard materials (e.g. felt, rubber)
